AILEEN apprenticeships are structured learning experiences that bridge the
gap between the classroom and the workplace. Each placement is supported by
a formal three-way agreement between the training provider, the host
company, and the trainee.
Apprenticeships have a minimum duration of 30 days. They can be completed
as one full-time month or spread out part-time, depending on your local
university or national requirements.This structure is designed to be
adaptable, making it easy for local partners to align the training with
their own educational system.
