The Danish National Skills League for the AILEEN project was successfully conducted on April 16th at Mercantec in Viborg, showcasing the country's promising talent in
inspection techniques. Seven young students challenged themselves in a full day designed to test and enhance their skills.
The competition began with a thorough introduction to the AILEEN initiative, setting the stage for the rigorous challenges ahead. Participants then explored several
inspection techniques, covering from the principles of destructive testing to advanced non-destructive methods. This full session was meticulously organized to identify
the best talents in the crucial fields of welding and Additive Manufacturing (AM) inspection.
The Danish league is a vital activity in discovering Europe's next generation of skilled professionals. The top student will be selected soon, in September during the finals
of the AILEEN European League.
